Please take your time and select the right product for you and always refer to our size charts before placing your orders. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please state the nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the faulty aspect of the item.
Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after you received your order. We highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.
Ordering the wrong size: We have detailed and accurate size charts under the page named "Size Chart". We do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that the wrong size is ordered. Please review the size charts before ordering.
Lost or stolen package: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If a package is marked as delivered by tracking and the delivery company responsible for fulfillment confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for refunding, reimbursing or investigating. If you really feel like your package was stolen, please contact your local police department, file a police report and send us a copy. We will review the report and consider sending out another package.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
